Can't move great work when destination building is off the screen?

I cannot believe I am encountering this problem 4 years after Civ VI's release.

I have a great work that I'm trying to transfer/exchange from Museum A to Museum B. Museum B is off of the great work screen. But I cannot move the great work because the great work screen will not scroll while I am holding the great work.

I recall in the past that you just had to left-click to pick up the object, then scroll, and then place. But now, I can only pick up the object by holding down the left click, which then prevents me from scrolling.

Is this a joke?

You can toggle between both modes of great work transfer in the options now:

Thank you! I also just realized that the middle mouse scroll (which i never use) also moves the screen.

Or, alternatively, you can scroll with the Mousewheel while holding the great work...

took me some time to realize, but saves some time (problem with switching Hold-to-Drag is it also applies to policy cards)

I also just discovered that you can scroll with the mouse wheel. Before I was using intermediate locations to move works from one end to the other.

It's one of the worst UI's in a game filled with bad UI.
