Can't play mods!!

I recently re-imaged my computer and now whenever I try to play a mod, it just fails to start. I tried looking at the error report, but it was a bunch of technical mumbo-jumbo that didn't help anything. Here are the specs for my computer. PLEASE HELP

I don't know if that is enough info to help me, so please let me know if there is any more info I can provide so that I can play civ4 with the mods!
