Video card glitch

Running the game seems to make my vid card glitch. Like there's static and blur and after running the game it stays. I have updated drivers which seemed to help for a night but it came back..Anyone else having this problem? Specs are :

when people say mods I assume you mean the xpaxs sold by the company?I have them all.

When people say mods, they mean downloaded content provided by other players, like this:

I have had problems with my GTX1070 running in DX12 so I now use DX11. Also, some people have had to run windowed mode instead of full screen. You can try that and see if it helps?

Thanx I will try Dx11 and then maybe windowed..I think I read in a thread that someone had to dumb down their graphics a little and no. I don't have player created content installed. But thanx for the link.
