Can't see most units, flags and improvements anymore. Some are visible, others are not. Have had black textures quite often the last time, but those have quickly disappeared as usual. Flags have also been invisible, but now it doesn't help restarting the game anymore. I deactivated Blue Marble, but it didn't help. I think I've had this problem long before, but I can't remember if it was ever fixed or not.
When this happens I'm playing a huge map with the Total Realism 2.3a mod. But I don't think it's a mod issue. This happens when I use vista 64 bit. But when I try on XP 32 bit everything looks normal. On the other hand, the game crashes when trying to save on XP because of bad memory allocation.
