Can't uninstall 3.17 patch for BTS

Greetings,


I installed the 3.17 BTS patch before installing BTS by mistake. Now BTS won't install because the patch is a more advanced version to my earlier BTS CD. How can I uninstall the 3.17 patch in order to install BTS first and then the patch? I’m trying to find a way to uninstall a patch. In addition, BTS has already been removed from the operating system; but, the patch remains. Thank you.
