Can't upload file to a new thread

I'm trying to attach a .sav file to a new thread (~400KB) and I keep getting an error message saying the upload failed.

tradeglitch.SAV:
Upload of file failed.

Am I doing something wrong?

The forum attachment system was broken, temporarily. It should be fixed, now.
