I'm an amature cartoonist and I made this one for my blog the other day. I thought, hoped, you guys might enjoy it.

This was inspired by my first game of Railroads where, like any red blooded man, I did not bother to run the tutorial. I went to painstaking lengths to make sure my track made complete circles. Then I saw my train up and flip itself over (even though the track it was on circled back around to it's destination) and I realised my silly little "laws of physics" were getting in the way :-)

I like it!

Very 'American' mind...

Excellent!!! Of all the railroad games I play or played, that hover has always bothered me. Only in MSTS do you actually have to unhitch the engines and do a run around, or just drive it backwards..

Couldn't they have solved this issue by doing what some companies did? You can put two engines on each train. One at the back that is put in reverse to help the lead engine to do less work. Then instead of turning the train around, they switch roles, the back becomes the lead and the lead becomes the back. The only downfall is needing to purchase double the amount of engines but with two engines you can hall much more since there is additional power to get the train moving and stopping.
