Hi, first time here also. This mod really Rocks! There is an amazing amount of work that has been done! Congrats! As an old Civ gamer, this mod revived my interest
I'm not sure if this is the correct thread (noob on forums

), but I would like to mention some thoughts, as sometimes I'm puzzled by the way the Cultures concept is used with the various world wonders. And to explain what I mean, I really like the cultures idea brought into C2C, it is an amazing progress to the game, but I think it has a lot more to offer in optimizing some shortcomings of the original Civ games. Say I play with Japan. If I understood correctly, if the place on the map where I establish one of my cities has certain prerequisites that are required for the Greek culture, I can build the Greek culture. That means I will be able to have access to various Greek culture goodies like Japanese-Greek Hoplites etc. To me that sounds strange. But it isn't that bad as to being able to built the Parthenon as Japan. That sounds totally weird. What I mean is that any civ in an alternate history scenario would perhaps be able, given certain conditions, to reproduce a world wonder equivalent of the Parthenon, yet, still, it wouldn't have been The Parthenon. Each of the World Wonders is unique and was built under specific conditions only under a specific civ. To make it short, what I'm trying to propose is maybe a way of having historic world wonders being built only by their respective civs-cultures and other civs that meet the same criteria to be given a choice to built an equivalent world wonder, but with the option of naming it themselves, since there never was anything like that historically. Maybe the cultures concept can be used in that way!
Having said that, another idea crossed my mind when I went and built the Hagia Sophia. In the video it shows as if it was designed from the very beginning with minarets, while it's known (apparently not that very well) that it was first built as a Christian church, with the Minarets added much later by the Turks when they converted it to a Mosque. So, how about having the ability to convert religious buildings according to state religion if you want?
Just some more ideas... on this very nice mod
