I think we should co-ordinate our research together. It will help us rival any other enemies. Maybe we should sign a mutual tech-sharing agreement. If we give our techs to GCA as soon as we get them, and they give us theirs as soon as they get them, we could go far. And if we avoided researching the same thing, we could go even further. Lets propose this.
