I agree, up to the point where he says we should act as if nothing is happening. In PBEM games, we always need to be on our guard and assume the worst.

We need a stronger military, and quickly. Just in case. Because I believe that if we are smart, we would be able to protect our sovereign land from 2 attacking civs for a good duration of the game. But we need to start planning for it now.

dz we already got a plan, with contigencies, and it was a hard fight to getit approved. Hopefully, the war will go easier than the internal approval of a build mup for invasion.
