Well I am packing my things and moving to PDX (i´m not sure this is the name of our newest city but...).

I'm moving to New York, just to show our sovereignty over our new land.

Can I also get a few immortals to guard me? I don't feel comfterable biegn in the occuping Phonatican minority as a politcal figure, undefended.

And what happens if a city culture-flips to another civ? Do the inhabitants flee to the nearest Phonatican city? Or do they live as a highly persecuted minorty, until they chose to move out?
