I don't think a vanilla version will be made of this mod (could be wrong though).
You should just buy conquests, it should be pretty cheap and it's really good

Would a windows version of CIv3 with C3C on it work in VPC 7 If so i would buy it if not i must have a scenari of my civ with none of the others in it,I am a Mac Guy and will never buy a PC!

Yeah, Conquests is definitely worth the money.
