Changed from Civ3 to Gold Edition, now problem

I have been playing with the single cd of Civ III, the first one that came out a couple of years ago and, I have two cheat editors that I used once in awhile, when I felt like it. These Editors were Civ3SavEdit and the MegaTrainer.
A few weeks ago I bought the Gold Edition and now these cheat editors don't work anymore, which I found out last night. I have been all over the net to find out how to cheat with the Gold Edition of Civ III, but without any results.
So, my question is, could someone please tell me where to get a cheat editor for the Gold Edition?(money cheat) Or is there an incorporated cheat in this Edition now?

Gold Edition is just Vanilla Civ with PTW. So just look for a version of those programs that is PTW compatible. Try the Creation and Customization section of these forums
It is illegal in no way LLXerxes.

I did try it with the Mega Trainer and the PTW section, but it didn't work. I got both trainers from this site here a year ago or so and I can't remember what forum. I have been around for sometime, even if I don't post often, but I didn't find a trainer for the Gold Edition that works here. Or are there any on this site? I checked the forum, but geeeeeez, I am with a 56K connection that acts like a 28 k sometimes and there are soooo many threads here. Help would be appreciated.

CIv3 Gold seems to suffer from many problems related to add-ons/scenarios/etc. that didn't affect Civ3 or PTW. I don't know why. (I'm not sure even Firaxis/Atari understands why.)

Thanks to everyone trying to help, but I found a darn good cheat program right here on Civ Fan in the Mod section.

BTW, What's LLXerxes all exited about? Since when does a cheat have something to do with piracy? Must be new to PC games, right?
