changes to the Diplomacy Screen

Hi,

I want to change the Diplomacy Screen so that If I declare War on somebody what it is worth to one of the AI players. If you look at the diplomacy screen at the AI's side under "Declare War On" all the other AI's are listed, at the players all the other AI's are listed. The same applies for Convert, Stop Trading With.

Does someone already changed this? or can someone give me hints where this coded?
