[vanilla] Changing Civ Names/Pictures

Before you Reply: Long story short, I made a senerieo pack that does not reply on any mods to add civs to the game, but it does use already existing civs multiple times to Represent factions who are by all accounts, associated with the same culture. As an example, there are 4 Roman Civs, three being the House of Jullii, Scippii, and Brutii and the forth being SPQR. What I want to know, is that despite all of these civs using the same pre-built civ the game offers, can I change the Leader Names of each and/or the profile picture without having to add any modded civs?

The mod works great until you start it and all you got are 4 copes or less of each civ used more than once, each with the same leader name and image. Makes it hard to figure out who is who.

In World Builder, no.

The leader name and leader screen is associated with the civ. You would need to make (some very basic) modded civs, and change the name and leader screen for each.
