Changing Leader Gender

Could anyone tell me how to change the gender of a custom leaderhead to female? You know, so that through diplomacy they would be referred to as a 'she'.

Its everything in the gametext files (Xml\Text) you will have to scan through the files and compare say boadica with shaka...
