Changing Leaders

I've been trying to figure this one out since the dawn of Civ 4. In all the scenarios I download the only German leader is Frederick, but I like playing with Bismarck, how do I change this? I've folled around with the world editor forever and still cannot get it.

Open .WBS Scenario file in notepad and change "LeaderType=LEADER_FREDERICK" to "LeaderType=LEADER_BISMARCK" . That should help.
