Changing the max number of civs starting on a map.

Hi, I'm trying to increase the maximum number of civs that can start on a map. Ei, I want to be able to pick the maximum number of civs ( 34 I think it is) to play on any size map. What file do I need to edit to do this?

You can pick up to 18 if you play on a 'custom game' instead of 'play now'.

It's actually only 18 and in order to go over that you need to use a special DLL file. Have a look in Creation & Customization and you'll find one somewhere.
