[Pir] Changing your ships colour?

European ships have nationality colours and I was wondering how you can do that for your ship - I know that there are some mods that do it but I want my ship to be the same colour as the English. The same goes for the small flag you have by the side of your ships in in ship-to-ship combat. Also color of the flags that the pirates on your ships use.
