Although it hasn't been adopted into the Constitution yet, we can start using the dedicated Chat Turn instruction threads now.

Posts to this thread should contain instructions that will be played out in the May 10 chat turn.

Immediate: Establish embassies with Iroquois (68 gold), India (86 gold) and Zulu (56 gold).
Immediate: Sign ROP with Iroquois, India and Zulu.
Immediate: Gift Iroquois with 1g/t.
Immediate: Pay moving expenses for Greek workers who want to come to Phoenatica (26 gold).
ASAP: Complete the assimilation of Egypt.
Continue contacting Aztecs until we get peace for peace or better deal. Establish embassy and Aztecs (no ROP with Aztecs).

Our current goals for achieving our Manifest Destiny do not include active warfare. We sponsor a plan of settling in the hilly area between Pompeii and Eretria then rushing a library and temple for a cultural assault on Lugdunum, Pompeii and Eretria. Foreign Affairs budget may be used to rush a settler for this purpose and to rush the temple and library.

If there's time before this take the city near Alexandria, but peace is the priority.

Trade Department:

Complete roads for immediate regional trade, or a harbor to access trade routes from further abroad. (I don't know if today's turn chat will go long enough to complete them, so I really can't say any immediate trade oppurtunities) Things might be a little different in a few turns, or more.

Culture Department:

Rush a cultural building in Thebes - Temple if I can afford it from my budget, Library if not. Second priority is Elephantine, then Lutetia (building on its own already). Also advocate building libraries in the remaining American and Egyptian cities as possible.
