Is there a cheat to reveal the entire world map? And I don't mean remove the fog of war.

Ctrl + W will take you into Worldbuilder, where you can see (and manipulate, if you want) the entire world map. When you press Ctrl + W again to get out of it, the fog is back where it was.

Be advised that most players regard use of Worldbuilder in regular gameplay to be dishonourable. But hey, it's your game, play it the way you want.

IIRC its the next to last button the bottem right column of the world builder thingy in the corner that says reveal tiles mode. Click that, make sure its says your name in that box below it then click reveal all tiles in the row below it.

To reveal the map without going into Worldbuilder, Ctrl-Z. I think you have to set cheatcode = chipotle in your Civ Config file.

Thanks for the help.

Now, how do I get into WorldBuilder without starting or loading a game? I now have the desire to customize a scenario map.

I too am curious about this. It isn't really a "world builder," it's more of a "world that has already been randomly generated or selected from a pre-existing list editor."

You can't. You have to start a game with all the civs/settings you want. Then you can then erase everything (a.k.a. turn the map into ocean); there is an option for that in the builder.
