What is the cheesiest, stupidest monster movie?

It was on Mystery Science Theater: The Movie. I don't know what it was called but it was STUPID!!! :)

Do attacking killer tomatoes qualify as monsters?

For title alone, I plan to rent Faster Pussycat Kill Kill! next chance I get.

The Blair Witch Project.
First, it wasn't scary at all.
Second, it was some ******** kids running in the woods screaming f**k at top of their lungs.

Maybe so, but it was an original film. You have to give them credit for that.

I don't know why The Fly is on that list, I thought that was a rather popular film. (as long as we're talking about the 1980s version with Jeff Goldblum.)

does spiderman count as a monster movie?

other than that i like the Gamera movies, but they aren't too cheesy. i also like jean-claude van damme but they aren't monster movies.

The Godzilla remake by Emmerich was certainly both cheesy and crappy, as were the two sequels to Jurassic Park. :vomit:

I love the Japanese classic "Destroy All Monsters." Loads of Fun!

Anyone who likes cheesy movies should check out one of my favorite sites, www.badmovies.org

BTW, the movie that was featured in the MST3K movie was called "This Island Earth." I didn't like it.

don't think Blair Witch Project is cheesy, maybe the Blair Witch Project 2, but not the first one, first one was awesome.

We've had this poll before, and as before I will tell you that you will never see a cheesier movie than 'Reptilicus' from Denmark.

I just saw Reptilicus last month on cable. Haven't seen it since I was little kid and I must admit that it's still a great movie in my book! :D

I voted for the Blair Witch Project. I just thought it was so lame, I love cheesy monster movies and that one just didn't cut the mustard, lol.

Anything By Ed Wood.

That being said, my twe favorite monster movies are(not by Ed Wood):
King Kong
Godzilla

as for cheeze, Attack of the Killer Tomatoes!!!!!!

Cronenberg's remake of "The Fly" is not cheesy at all in my opinion. It is really a love story, and an excellent film.

Anything done by man is going to be cheesy and pointless.

Having said that, Ed Wood takes the cheesecake. Japanese monster movies are real cheesy too. But then again, Japan is a cheesy country. (During the Meiji period, Japan designed its public education system on the US' model, a serious oversight)
