Circling Fighters/Jets not saved between loads?

So I set all my jets and fighters patrolling around my cities ... and, of course you see the little animation.

But upon reloading the game the following day *NONE* of them are patrolling anymore.

then make them patrolling again

I should have to go back through all of my cities putting the hets back on a patrolling pattern ... it should be remembered.

um this error is just graphical in nature... personally i'd preferr it if i didn't have the circling fighters (or could turn them off). I have enough for my PC to prossess to begin with lol
