In Civ 6, we were able to buy 2 units if the city had an encampment. It would be much easier to build armies in civ7 if this were possible.
Ability to buy up to 2 units in a city instead of the limit of one, if they both can't spawn in city center, maybe one can spawn in an armory, encampment building, fort, a district with defense walls or adjacent tile.
Anyone know how to make this?
