Here are the build queues I'm proposing for the SW province:
For our miltary efforts Bremershaven will be dedicated to recruiting horsemen while Tlaxcala builds a barracks and then recruits spearmen.
Eklektochtitlan will abandon its library for now in order to recruit a band of settlers within 4 turns. We need to settle the south before India gets there!
New Falcon's Haven, which is now garrisoned, should begin building a library. It needs culture since it is near the Japanese borders.
These are my provisional build queues and they have been posted to the turn chat instruction thread. They are not set in stone though and I will gladly change them if citizen discussion warrants a change.
