Given we have people who translate it into Italian, French and Polish. Many I would say.

If I were a Spaniard, it would still be less jarring to see the occasional English city name than to see cities called "Gaul" or "Scythian" in Spanish.

It's up to the team. But I really think this is a positive thing to do.

There is also the project that changes the alphabet eg to one of the Cyrillic ones.

You guys have already done this. I looked at CivilizationInfos and like half of the lists have some cities added in lowercase.
