Just the worst person
I've been utilising an altered 43 Civ Community Patch DLL thanks to @Gazebo, and it's been working flawlessly. I've been looking into ways to increase the amount of "Civs" without actually increasing the Civ limit. To this end, I've turned to the City-States Evolved mod to satiate my need for even more cities on the map.
From what I've seen, the Community Patch changes City-State AI, and thus the effects of the City-States Evolved mod have been nullified.
Without the Patch (and after alteration of the base mod itself), City-States have been expanding at a rate not dissimilar to the base-game civs. However with the Patch, they don't seem to settle beyond their initial city.
Does anyone have any insight in regards to making this mod compatible with the Patch? If not, is there a way to revert City-States back their default AI back so that the effects of this mod work?
