City Wall Bug

I got my city walls courtesy of The Republic Social policy. It came with an engineer slot (which seems strange enough to me), but also, when I hovered over the wall icon, I got a bunch of random symbols, with ridiculously high numbers next to them. I'm uploading the save game file for you guys to see.
