Scientific: Free tech at the beggining of each new age, and cheaper scientific research city improvements. Starts game with Bronze Working
Expansionist: More lucrative barbarian tribes, can produce scouts. Starts game with pottery and one scout
Religious: One turn anarchy, cheaper religious improvements, start with ceremonial burial
Militaristic: Cheaper militaristic city improvements, unit upgrades occur more often, start with warrior code.
Commercial:I kinda forget this one

Uh... I think it is Large cities produce more commerce, lower corruption, start the game with alphabet.
Saved the best for last,

Industrious: Larger cities produce extra sheilds, workers work faster, start with Masonry.
