Civ 4 on Windows 10

I have windows 10 on my pc and the 3.19 patch works!

I have tried everything, (this are maybe solutions for other)
- changing things on command prompt, but didnt work because of "link below"
- searched on microsoft forums: found this: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...e83-08df-4760-b2ad-6b1ce61d40d4?page=2&auth=1
- maybe activation on steam? Not tested!

the only solution for me was to download the 3.19 bts patch on Mod DB: http://www.moddb.com/games/civilization-iv/downloads/beyond-the-sword-319-patch
just install and it works perfectly

 

I have a problem with Civ 4 BTS on Windows 10. Game run in FullHD and working fine, but how to decrease icons from resources on the map? These icons are in the form of circles..
