Civ 4 to New Computer

I just built a new computer and would like to move CIV 4 complete to it. I am having trouble finding my CIV 4 complete disk. I have the old separate install disks, but I want to make sure I do not need to insert the CD's. Can I simply copy the files from the old PC to the new PC.

No ... you need to ensure the registry is updated correctly as well ... you need the install media for that as well.

I got lucky and found the disk on the fourth full search.
