Civ 4 => Warloads SDK

Alright, I am very sorry if this has been documented somewhere (search_skills-- if it is), but I have spent a day and a half trying to find some sort of information on the SDK changes between the 1.6 patch and warlords. Is the download on firaxis site the up to date model? I assume not :/

Where can I find a list or download with the changes applied or documented. Or (best bet) will the before mentioned SDK dl work?

Thanks for the info and the welcome! I'm glad I asked then. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out this whole merging of mods thing. I didn't want to compile the dll using the old SDK files and break something :/
