Civ 5 for £9.95 - no longer available

I managed to order it in time, so thanks for the heads up!
Actually I saw the thread on 2k forums first and didn't hesitate to buy, but couldn't post there because my account has still not been activated for some reason... I can sign in, but not post... anyone know why that might be? I've used the 'contact us' feature a couple of times to point out that I haven't had the activation email...
Aaanyway, back on topic:
I cancelled my order on Amazon.co.uk which was for 25 GBP... so hopefully Zavvi honour my order with them... I'm hopeful because I doubt if enough people ordered at the cheaper price for them to go through the hassle of cancelling and dealing with complaints.
I'll post here if my order is cancelled or heavily delayed or something

Automated emailing systems make that not such a hassle at all. Also canceling 1000+ orders is still way cheaper than sending out 1000+ copies for a net loss of $20 a piece. Trust me, they will cancel it unless it was an intended commercial trick trying to grab the attention.

You think 1000+ units were preordered from this one particular online retailer?
I wasn't thinking anywhere near that many which is why I thought they might write-off the losses for publicity if it was an error. I'm certainly now aware of them as an online retailer and viable alternative to amazon, but if they cancel I'll probably never go back on principle.

Incidentally, which other online retailers do UK folk use? (not just for games) A bunch of my mates raved about play.com a few years ago, but whenever I went to see about something I wanted it was always still cheaper on Amazon.
