Pachacuti: without a doubt the nastiest AI personality currently in the game, and usually very powerful. Loves nothing more than a mid-DoF/RA declaration of war.

America: in all my experience with civ 5, America is the most consistent AI civ in the game. Very good partner if you're aiming for a peaceful victory. I also had to choose between him and the Mayans.

Persia: Well, also I was spoiled for choice. Persia is just one of many civs that are highly distrustful early in the game. E.g: First encounter, friendly terms, DoW'ed about 30-50 turns later, I fight them off, peace (always on my terms), friendly for about 20-30 turns until they build up their strength, cycle repeats until I actually start conquering their land or until I build up a large army of my own. General tip: always be suspicious of close neighbours and keep a scouting unit nearby. As soon as you see an army moving towards you, gear up.

I might need to play a lot more civ 5 (only have 350 hours racked up) in order to really see the negative patterns. I can only rely on general negative traits depending on whoever neighbours me.

Sweden- I love playing as Sweden and when I don't, they are always a great AI to buddy with.
