Civ 5 Request : Commisioning a Civ?

Hi guys, I dunno if this is the right place to ask, but I've got an idea for a custom Civ, but I dunno how to do it?

Would any Modders be interested in making it for me? I'd pay them a lil token too, if it helps? Sorry to be a pest.

1) You can't legally pay to Modders due to mods being property of 2KGames (per the EULA Rights). Besides, forum's rules forbid it I think.

2) Modders are willing to take your requests and do them for free

3) See Kael's Modders guide for info on Modding, especially on Modding New Civs

4) You are not being a pest. Most modders are nice. Feel free to come with new ideas!
