My civ 5 wont work. the guy said i needed to upgrade something i forget what be he said this is the problem; my device is a Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family and it needs to be upgraded. How do i do that?

The game wont work on integrated Intel chips unless it's an i3

You need to buy a new graphics card, but if it's a laptop there's nothing you can do.

That does not tell us your graphics card, please do what i suggested .

But it seems your computer is waaaaayy to old to get this game to run.
