Civ 6 NVIDIA control panel settings/temperature

Hey guys,

I've been playing Civ 6 for a year now and the game runs fine, FPS is mostly 30-40 on medium settings with 6 civs (late game). One complaint I have is that the GPU temperature goes up to 75-80C while the laptop is plugged in, and 60-65C on battery. What can I do to enhance performance/temperature?

Also, I have no clue how to set up the NVIDIA control panel.

Are these settings good/suitable? (Civ 6)

GPU: 960m NVIDIA GTX
CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ 2.60 GHz
RAM: 12GB
