civ 6 xbox failure

since etheopai udate my civ on xbox one either freezes or or screen goed black and the game stops, this is really bad, on steam works perfect but this is unacceptable and how do i find customer support for the xbox?

i think this comes becourse the connection with firaxis is roken i hate this i will ask my money back this is unaceptable
