civ creation problem

Hey, folks, I am close to creating a civilization, the Swahili. They would be commercial and industrious, and I would start them with Map Making. Their special unit would be the dhow, which would replace the galley and be able to sail away from land without sinking, as well probably having a better movement. The problem is, when I open the editor to the civilizations page, the page is too big for my computer screen, and I have to control alt delete to get out of it and can never finish off the stuff at the bottom of the page. Changing the window size on the editor doesnt help either because as soon as I open that page it is at full size. Anybody had this problem or worked around it? The Swahili are waiting.

Change your display settings to a higher setting by alternate(right) clicking on the desktop and clicking properties. go to the settings tab and change the 'screen area' to 800x600 or1024x768. If youve got a 15 inch monitor this is going to really be hard to see (and may not even support it).

I think the problem seems to be with windows resolution. Try changing it...

if the dialog box is too big try ALT+SPACE then M
this will bring up the system menu for the dialog box, even though it doesn't pop-up, and M will allow you to use the arrow keys to move it up or down

I experience the same problem using 1024x768 screen but I also have the Display Settings set to use Large Fonts, due to my lack of sight, and this works for me
