Italy welcomes all powers of Europe to discussions regarding war and peace.

(hopefully me winning the war and collecting all the pieces!);)

Salud,
Magnus:king:

If you haven't gotten a letter from me yet, well, all I can say is you're not alone :p I've been very busy but I promise to send off the first round of letters today. So the Tsar is neither dead nor plotting your demise. ;)

The Archduke Apple-Stroodle to meet with the most senior ranking Officers of the Austro-Hungarian armed forces to decide on how best to deal with the Balkans problem.
Most analysts believe that it will not be long before Austrian forces with or without the support of Turkey and Russia will storm into Serbia to erradicate the problems of cross-border incursions by Serbian nationalists into Bosnia.

The Archduke Apple-Stroodle is ready to negociate with all the Great Powers of Europe willing to acknowledge the Austro-Hungarian borders and within that the inclusion of Serbia.

P.S I'd like the deadline times to be put up here on Civfanatics if at all possible.

or you can reach me at civ3col AT btinternet dot com.

Actually I check that mailbox more regularly since its my pbem civ3 address so its probably a better one to use.

Maybe I need to create a dipcol address. ;)

I check all my email addresses ;)

For those with messenger wishing direct communication , you can reach me via civ3col AT Hotmail dot com.

Sigh Turkey. My fault for saying I dont mind which country. A slow painful lingering death full of suffering moving 2 or 3 units for several months.... but enough of the optimism. On with the game.

Er, could we have a tiny extension? Please?

I've been so busy you wouldn't believe. But midterms are finally over so I can get into this game!

Could we have until, say, Friday evening or Saturday morning? ;)

Yes, that is perfectly acceptable, Pontiuth :).

Extension until 12:00 AM on Saturday, January 17th, 2004 for S1900 orders.

Indeed, it is a very good idea for the GM to confirm receipt of orders so the players don't think they are going to NMR eveery turn. It prevents a lot of headaches.

Toasty, you should already received the orders given by Archduke Apple-Stoodle for the Austrian forces...

Hmm, well we'll find out in a few hours ;)

EDIT: Could we have a little impartial polling? Just state the number of Dip-related letters you've gotten since the game started. Don't count the ones from Toasty.

Eight for me.

No retreats/disbands.

Pending the enstatement of a capable English ruler, CivDipX does not have a deadline for Fall 1900 orders.

From what I can tell from other posts at civfanatics Sheep2 has connection problems at the moment...

Would have been best to draft in a replacement instead of allowing an NMR so early.

Plus WhyTF is the e-mail for Spring 1901 over 800 kb after I told you to save the picture file as gif format.

It is a waste of bandwidth and of limited inbox space
