That's one of the things I like best in civ.

- Getting a leader with my last attack before i go for peace - or with my first attack in a war.
- Getting a leader just in time to steal the great library.
- The moment after i positioned my troops, right before attack.
- The beginning of my second turn after an attack, when i see that i held my position and everything is going as planned.
- Controlling Iron in ancient times. (Especially with the Persians or the Romans as neighbors.)
- Finishing SDI-Defense
- Launching the spaceship.
