Civ5 works for me. Don't much like confusion of CIV CiV and stuff.
ciV works but looks silly and takes time.

I never like it when people abbreviate Civilization IV as cIV. It doesn't read right. Civ 4 or Civ IV can be read as siv four, but cIV does not lend itself so. It could be read as see four, I suppose, but that just makes me think of plastic explosives.
