Civ Icons Jump in dock, but game never loads

On my iMac, the Civ Icons to Warlords and Regular Civ IV jump, but the game never loads. I have tried many things, but I can't get them to load. Any suggestions? I even uninstalled Warlords, and re-installed it. That didn't work either.

Yup, it was the Quicktime issue that got me. Thanks Alan
