It sucks, but I am glad they caught this bug and are fixing it rather than releasing the patch with it in.

Historically, the list of changes in Civ3 patches has not been thorough, even in the readme you get from the actual patch. When people are burning the candle at both ends to make schedules, documentation is a low priority. Hopefully this will be included in the patch, even if undocumented.Originally posted by dog
