Yup!

I studied your game and the romans are pretty ideal for the new scout gifting and catapult xp great general farming.

Plus cheap settlers means an early rush is not needed, easy oracle->metal casting makes the early tech hump disappear, and cheap forges means 2pop whip Praetorians are really, really profitable.
