Civ IV Multiplayer Map to Civ V

I've been advised to try technical support and was wondering if there a way to convert a Civ IV multiplayer map (.CivBeyondSwordSave) into a World Builder save (.CivBeyondSwordWBSave) so that I can import it into Civ V?

Civ V only imports World Builder saves and I have found no way to use World Builder in Civ IV Multiplayer or to load a Multiplayer save in Civ IV Single-player.
