I don't see anything in the CFC barring historical accuracy. The fact of the matter is that in many periods of history, nudity was perfectly acceptable in various civilizations. In some places, to varying degrees, it still is.

Barring a nude mod on the grounds of ones own personal conservative Tokugawaeqsue beliefs constitutes religious persecution! CF mods would never sink so low. In fact, I'm amazed the moderators and the users alike aren't clamoring to Firaxis for gratuitous nudity. Hey, "The Sims" has it! (albeit in pixelated form) Why don't we?

Maybe 'public nudity' should be added as a civic...
