Civ IV: War of Two Cities?

Has anyone played this? What does everyone think about it? I just found it yesterday and loaded it to my phone--thought it was a lot of fun.

I couldn't find any info on this on Firaxis' site, I guess since it was developed by a third party. So far haven't been able to find a tech tree, strategy guide or anything else on it, but it sure is fun--doesn't take long to play through a whole campaign, though.
