CIV IV won't start in win 7

after I've installed windows 7 I can't run CIV IV (+ warlords + beyond the sword). I've tried changing compatibilty options but there isnt any in CIV IV and dunno why?

can some1 please help?

If freezes at "Check XML" or "Init MP/Voice"...

ps CIV IV Colonization works just fine but I cant run "normal CIV"..

I've been searching on this forum for solution but couldn't find it

did you install it with administrator rights?
try patching to 3.19.

the problem was in patch lol.
I can't believe I didn't thought of downloading latest patch
