[BNW] Civ not appearing on leader selection screen

As said above my new custom civilization is not appearing on the list when I go to choose my leader, I am assuming that I have made some stupid mistake, but I am not sure what...

So after going to the mod menu and activate you mod and clicking the next button, it is not appearing in the set up menu?
